BTSD was a dream that started back in the mid 1980's.  Growing up in a suburban town in New Jersey there was a baker who made only one item, a plain cheesecake.  This cheesecake was so good and different from all the rest, it was known all over the country and people who happened to be in the area from out of state would always make an effort to stop and bring back a cheesecake.

Living now in Baltimore, we needed a great cheesecake.  So for many years I tried to develop a business relationship but it never came to pass.  Eventually the small cheesecake bakery ended and gone forever was that fabulous cheesecake...never to be enjoyed again...until now!  For twenty years I experimented with different ingredients, combinations, cooking times and guess what?  I got it!  The cake was presented to major dessert manufacturers and indeed they said it was the best they ever had.  I am proud to be able to bring this unique cheesecake sensation to you and will always maintain the highest standards and premium ingredients in our Signature Cheesecake!
